Group Sound Baths
This service is a favourite among many of my clients along with 1:1 sessions. Group sessions are held monthly, keep an eye out for links to book onto them via my social media accounts or drop me an email below. Alternatively, group sound meditation sessions can be booked for a girls night in, wellbeing in the workplace, hen parties, birthday parties, pamper parties, mini retreats, weddings and for relaxing the night before your big day! 1:1 Sound Meditation Session
1:1 sound meditation sessions offer a personalised approach to sound healing that is tailored to the individual's unique needs. During these sessions, I will use a variety of instruments, such as crystal singing bowls, sonic energy bowls, koshi chimes and Tingsha bells. To create a customised soundscape that supports your healing journey. The experience is deeply relaxing and rejuvenating, helping to reduce stress, release tension, and promote a sense of inner peace and well-being. Meg works with the client to identify areas of imbalance and blockage in their energy field, and uses sound vibration to help restore balance and promote healing. 1:1 sound meditation sessions are a powerful tool for personal growth and transformation, helping you to connect with your inner wisdom and access deeper states of consciousness.
Pluralistic Counselling
I am a registered member of the British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy (MBACP). I offer weekly, fortnightly or monthly sessions both online and via telephone. I believe that each person is different and we can all be helped at different times in our lives by different techniques. I therefore offer a tailored individualised approach to therapy.
